Good to know
- Arrival: Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your apartments by 09:30 am.
- We ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted.
- For final cleaning an amount of €45.00 to €55.00 (depending on the size of the apartment) is charged.
- Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, as well as in the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
The deposit will be retained in any case as a processing fee.
- Travel Insurance:
To avoid inconvenience and unexpected costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
- Payment by cash or cheque. We do not accept debit cards and credit cards.
